Member to Member Deals

CREW Tampa Bay encourages all of its members to work together on commercial real estate deals and loves to hear about transactions and referrals—big or small—involving other CREW members! Please use this link to submit Member-to-Member deals including the following:

• Member-to-Member Deals (one time): One time transactions involving one or more CREW members (whether from the Tampa Bay Chapter or elsewhere).

• Member-to-Member Deals (ongoing): Ongoing contracts or transactions involving one or more CREW members (whether from the Tampa Bay Chapter or elsewhere).

• Member Referrals: Business referrals from another CREW member (whether from the Tampa Bay Chapter or elsewhere) that resulted in a contract or business transaction.

CREW Tampa Bay will use this information to highlight Member-to-Member deals on social media, submit deals to CREW Network for recognition, and nominate deals for Excellence Awards. Please submit deals as soon as possible following the completion of the transaction, or within one year of the date the transaction is completed.
