CREW Mates Chairs will provide guidance, resources and opportunities throughout the year while allowing each pair the flexibility to build a relationship that works for them.
Each mentee is thoughtfully matched with a mentor based on professional goals, experience, interests and compatibility

Participant Commitment
CREW Mates participants must:
Be active members of CREW Tampa Bay.
Commit to a minimum of six individual mentor/mentee meetings throughout the year.
Make a good-faith effort to attend CREW Mates cohort gatherings.
Participate openly, thoughtfully and respectfully.
Maintain appropriate confidentiality within mentoring relationships.
Meet the CREW Network Foundation contribution requirement established for the program.

Mentors and mentees complete separate applications to help the CREW Mates leadership team create thoughtful, compatible matches.
