Community Impact Committee

The Community Impact Committee serves as CREW Tampa Bay’s collaborative arm for nonprofit and philanthropic engagement. The committee partners with other CREW Tampa Bay committees that support charitable events, fundraising efforts, and community programming, while providing structure and stewardship for scholarship decisions, sustainability initiatives, mentorship programs, legacy engagement, and arts-driven community partnerships.

This committee encompasses the following councils housed within the Community Impact Committee:

  • Executive Council: A cohort of members with 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate who provide seasoned leadership and oversee CREW Mates, the yearlong mentorship program.

  • Advisory Council: Engaging Legacy Members and Past Presidents to provide continuity, institutional knowledge, and strategic counsel.

  • Sustainability Council: Advancing sustainable practices, environmental education, and green development awareness in the commercial real estate sector.

  • Arts Meets Development Council: Elevating placemaking, public art, and cultural partnerships that strengthen community identity and community development.
