UCREW

Applications will open Spring 2025.

UCREW is a university outreach program designed to introduce students to opportunities in qualified fields of commercial real estate. UCREW brings seasoned professionals together with university students to introduce students about career options and to provide valuable networking experience.

CREW Tampa Bay UCREW Committee Student Liaison 

The UCREW Tampa Bay Student Liaison is a student who contributes insight and advice on how to improve the development, rollout, and quality of our student-centered programs and offerings of the UCREW Tampa Bay Committee.

Established in 1998, CREW Network Foundation is the only organization dedicating its resources solely to accelerating success for all women in commercial real estate globally. We are committed to bringing more women into commercial real estate with programs that educate women and girls about the career opportunities available to them and providing mentoring for those new to the industry. 

The CREW Tampa Bay UCREW Committee will select the Student Liaison from a pool of submitted applications. Applications will open Spring 2025. 

Student Liaison Structure & Terms 

CREW Tampa Bay will publish the application process to the general student membership. There will be one (1) selected Student Liaison who will serve a 2-semester term (Spring and Fall) in the same calendar year. Selections will occur each spring. The Student Liaison will join the bi-weekly virtual UCREW Committee Meetings providing access to a diverse group of Tampa Bay commercial real estate professionals.  

Student Liaison Eligibility  

  • Remain a student living in the Tampa Bay region in pursuit of a degree as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student from an accredited university or college 

  • Be committed to guiding peers as they navigate both their academic pursuits and career aspirations in commercial real estate 

  • Submittal of an application to the UCREW Tampa Bay Committee  

Student Liaison Responsibilities    

  • Participate in the majority of bi-weekly committee meetings providing feedback and guidance on the development, planning and effectiveness of student-focused programs and resources 

  • When possible, attend CREW Tampa Bay events in your region (the UCREW Committee will make every effort to provide a complimentary registration to the Student Liaison) 

  • Assist the UCREW committee in reaching out to academic associations and real estate groups 

  • Student Liaison to meet with the CREW Tampa Bay Board on an ad hoc basis
