Alissa Sieben

Alissa is an experienced affordable and luxury single-family and multifamily developer.

After graduating with her JD from FSU, Alissa began her career in land use law and subsequently pivoted to development in 2016 when she joined Norstar Development. In 2018, Alissa joined 2nd Wave Development and diligently worked to help build both impressive projects and a skillful team. After 5 years in the luxury apartment industry as 2nd Wave’s SVP, Alissa founded Laine Development. Laine is a for sale luxury townhome and condominium development and consulting company focused on urban core locations.

Alissa also volunteers her time by serving on the Tampa/Hillsborough Planning Commission.
