Strategic Planning Committee

The Strategic Planning Committee oversees CREW Tampa Bay’s long-term direction by leading the development, review, and implementation of its strategic plan with the Board of Directors. The Committee conducts a comprehensive strategic plan review every five years and meets regularly to monitor progress and support the implementation of strategic initiatives that advance CREW Tampa Bay’s mission and long-term growth.
