Nominations are now open for the 2026 CREW Tampa Bay Excellence Awards. We encourage industry professionals to submit the outstanding projects, transactions, and leaders who are making a significant impact throughout the Tampa Bay region.

Eligible Counties: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Manatee, Sarasota, Sumter, and Polk (as far east as Lakeland)

• Transaction of the Year Excellence Award (Under 5,000 SF)

• Transaction of the Year Excellence Award (5,000–50,000 SF)

• Transaction of the Year Excellence Award (Over 50,000 SF)

• Project of the Year Excellence Award (Under 10,000 SF)
