Jennifer Scher

Jennifer Scher is working in Commercial Real Estate Development, Investment, Management and Leasing in the Tampa Bay area. She is Co-Owner, Vice-President, and Authorized House Counsel for SSG Commercial LLC, which has been involved in the management, leasing, development, and ownership of retail, professional, and medical sites for its own protolio and third parties. She is a licensed real estate associate in the State of Florida, a member of ICSC, REIC, and CREW, and Admitted to the California State Bar.

Ms. Scher actively defended health care professionals in all aspects of litigation for over 10 years. She handled a wide variety of cases, including birth injury, catastrophic damage, nerve injury, surgical, wrongful death, elder abuse, insurance bad faith, and abuse claims. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in 2006, graduating in the top 20 percent. In 2009 and again in 2010, she was named as a Rising Star by Southern California Super Lawyers.

Ms. Scher was born in Toronto, Canada, and spent much of her childhood in the Tampa Bay area. She earned her Bachelor's degree in English Literature with honors from the University of Toronto in 2002.
