CREW Tampa Bay invites you to a special panel conversation “Resilience in Real Estate: The Demand for Sustainable Design in the Tampa Bay.” Charles Berg from Gensler, Alexandra Bull from JLL and Devesh Nirmul with REAL Building Consultants will examine the trajectory of sustainable design in the Tampa Bay market in 2025 and beyond. The happy hour event and panel discussion will be hosted in Gensler’s Tampa office, located in Water Street Tampa, the first WELL Certified Community in North America.

Workplace design has the power to give companies and organizations a competitive advantage. The office of the future should be a place that motivates workers and supports them in doing their best work. By improving the start-to-finish experience of being at work — from the flexibility and comfort of the spaces where team members spend their time, down to the very materials that make up a building — office design can set companies apart in this bold new era of prioritizing the human experience. – Andy Cohen and Diane Hoskins, Design for a Radically Changing World

Attendees will walk away with an understanding of:

  • The key drivers & principles of sustainable design

  • The impact of sustainability on market trends

  • What’s hitting the Tampa Bay market now -- and how companies are responding
