Stay Vigilant for a Cure with CREW Tampa Bay

During the month of October, CREW Tampa Bay is asking owners, managers, and tenants of Tampa Bay properties to show their commitment to breast cancer awareness month by illuminating pink for CREW Tampa Bay CITY IN PINK.

Highlights from City In Pink 2023

CREW Tampa Bay CITY IN PINK is a reminder to stay vigilant in the fight for a cure and will be a touching tribute to breast cancer survivors and the lives that have been affected by the disease.

With so much uncertainty in our world today, we want CREW Tampa Bay CITY IN PINK to be a source of HOPE for those who have been affected by this disease and a reminder that cancer never stops, and neither should its awareness.

CREW Tampa Bay CITY IN PINK has been going strong for ten years! We want to continue the success of this Tampa Bay tradition with more buildings than ever. Together we can inspire our community and share a light of hope, courage and strength.

CREW Tampa Bay CITY IN PINK will begin on Oct. 1 and will continue through Oct. 31.

Looking for ways for YOUR COMPANY to participate in CREW Tampa Bay CITY IN PINK?

  • LIGHT A BUILDING PINK - In order to turn your building pink, contact Ron Legare with Home Depot/Supplyworks if you are interested in LED strip lighting which is inexpensive and able to be changed to a myriad of colors. An alternate option is a theatrical gel film which can be used to tint existing lights. Installing the gel is a relatively simple task (www.stagelightingstore.com).

  • DYE A FOUNTAIN PINK 

  • DISPLAY A PINK RIBBON - show your support by displaying pink ribbons on your building.

  • OTHER - Be creative. There may other ways for your buildings/locations to participate (i.e. pink spotlights, pink string lights, pink flowers, etc.).
